Lawyer graduated of the Universidad de Chile, with postgrades studies in Italy.
Was teacher of the Chair of Commercial Law at the Universidad de Chile and author of several works on Commercial Law and others relating to category.
Extensive experience for over twenty years in various Banks of the square, four of which held the top post of Prosecutor.
He is a member of the Body of Arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Stock Exchange and the Colegio de Abogados de Chile.
